Good Hospital always busy. This location is 1305 York Avenue for Weill Cornell Medicine. Masks are still required when you are in this building and they still follow social distancing guidelines. When you have an appointment your wait time is always minimal. The Hospital was exam rooms are very clean and the med techs in the lab . - the service is great.. everyone worked together to process all the patients…

Unfortunately, the doctors at WCM seem to only care about patients who can afford to spend money on their healthcare. This is not a luxury that everyone can afford. I have personally seen several doctors at WCM and have found that they fall into three categories: some who know what they are talking about and genuinely care about their patients, some who do not seem to care at all about their patients' plight, and some who think they know their patients' pain better than the patients themselves. Getting an appointment at WCM can be a real challenge. In my case, they misdiagnosed the whiplash I sustained. They claimed it was just a pinched nerve, but it became more painful until I had to go to the ER. The MRI and X-ray at the ER revealed a fracture. I strongly advise against going to WCM.

Bedside manner of medical professionals and overall attitudes were kind and empathetic, you feel like you’re being listened to. Depending on what you’re coming in for and what time or day you come in ( I got here during the early afternoon on a Friday), I was seen pretty quickly. Would recommend to go during earlier hours and be nice when you come in. I had a surgery done a few years ago ; that went well here as well, that time I did wait 14 hours and I was upset but it was because of the day and time I came in ; and at that very day it was very packed.

To whom it may concern I am disputing any and all charges. First of all I am applauded and disgusted at the level of service and the overall experience at your hospital. For the most part everybody was nasty and just putting things off so they can do as little as possible until their shift ends. It was like a meat grinder (wait a meat grinder is cleaner), bums smelling like urine and feces one to the front of me and one to the back of me (screaming for no reason) and for that you want an additional $5500 from me. I have the following questions. Why did they do a CT scan (With Iodine!) when my oxygen saturation level was never under 97%. Why would I have to pay $4000 to sit on a gurney (in a hallway) for 7 hours with bums and your staff ignoring me? Why is the laboratory so high they took out blood 2 times? Give me a list of the blood work taken itemized. For that you want $4708? Why would they do labs for my heart (if this is what they did) when I do not surfer of any heart issues and the ekg came back clean? Why do the total charges say $13,447.77 but my insurance benefit paid you $16,616.58? What did they actually pay you? $16,616.58 ( insurance paid)- $13,447.77 ( your bill)= $3168.81 is an overage you received. Then you want another $5821.51 from me? I never spoke with a doctor (I kept asking for one) until the very end at 4:00 am (I got there at 9pm). She then told me to go home. I said to her you’re not going to give me anything? Nope not even an aspirin. I think the reason why the doctor spoke to me at the end is that If I knew what was going to happen I would have left. But then your hospital would not had the opportunity to price gouge me for the unneeded tests performed. Looking back I can see this is all a game for you with people who have insurance. Lets bill the heck out this guy, he has insurance. Then let’s go after him for an inflated number on all the services that he really did not need but we can pay for the other people who cannot pay or you have to service. I look forward to defending myself in a court of law here in Broward County Florida where I live. The law says you cannot make it unreasonably expensive to defend myself that means you will have to sue here where I live. I have access to 5 different lawyers that I do business with and when we clobber you in court we will ask for my attorney fees. They charge $350 to $500 an hour. I think you should just go away. I'm here today for a visit with my Endocrinologist. This location is 1305 York Avenue for Weill Cornell Medicine. Masks are still required when you are in this building and they still follow social distancing guidelines. My doctor Dr. Melissa Katz is my Endocrinologist. She is knowledgeable, kind and patient. When you have an appointment your wait time is always minimal. My visits here are enjoyable! The exam rooms are very clean and the med techs in the lab, Ruth & Antonia, work quickly and efficiently. And when you check in and check out, Leonela, always greets you with a smile.
